Heartlands Building Company has been around since 2002 and is seeking an Experienced Construction/Concrete Laborer to join our team, learn a trade and build a rewarding career with significant growth opportunity. It is important to note that we have not had to lay anyone off in the past 19 years. We work throughout all seasons (spring, summer, fall & winter), and we are currently booked out through early 2022 with work. Applicant Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Ability to use tools and equipment common to the construction trade - Knowledge of safety procedures - Ability to lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs without assistance - Reliable transportation and a vaild drivers license - Duties include installing fiberglass pools, grading, finishing, digging footings, set up/tear down. Bonus if you know how to run a Bobcat. - Looking for someone who will show up on time everyday.
