Chimney business located in East Baltimore City needs person with either chimney, roofing, masonry, construction, hvac, or plumbing experience. The pay is $18 to $24 per hour (depending on experience) with time and a half for all hours over 40/week. Work would be Monday - Friday (with some Saturdays) and we are looking to hire in the next 2 weeks. Role would involve assisting head technician in chimney work. ***Requirements*** Must be able to pass a background check. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work. Clean driving record required. Must not be afraid of heights. Previous construction or chimney work preferred but not required. Must be able to lift 60 pounds over your head. ***Duties*** Driving work van to and from jobs with lead technician. Loading van in the morning for jobs that work day Climbing on ladders and assisting lead tech with sweeping chimneys, grinding and repointing chimneys, installing chimney liners, rebuilding chimney crowns, relaying brick, tearing down chimneys, building scaffolding Please respond with your full name, experience and resume.
