Lawn mowing crew leader $16 an hour starting pay The lawn mowing crew leader will be responsible for the day to day operations of a lawn mowing crew. They will manage a team of 2-3 team members and be responsible for completing small and large residential and commercial property mowing. Job Requirements • Valid Driver's license and insurable by the company's agents • Ability to work 9-11 hours a day • Must be 18 years of age • Reliable transportation to and from work Job Type: Full-time (plus OT) $16 hr starting pay Required experience: • Lawn mowing: 1 year • Lawn mowing foreman: 1 year • Driver's License - Experience with zero turn mowers, driving a truck and trailer, running a crew.
