Intermountain Plantings is Utah’s largest landscape provider and recently expanded operations into the Boise, Idaho area. Intermountain Planting is both a commercial and residential provider of landscaping services, with such current projects as Salt Lake City International Airport, Amazon, Facebook, Daybreak and many, many others. We currently have several crews based in the Boise and are looking to expand significantly. We are currently looking for growth driven candidates to fill Crew Lead positions in our residential division in our Utah office. The Crew Foreman position is the key point of management for our various sized crews in both residential and builds as well as maintenance services. The scope of responsibly encompasses managing projects, developing crew members, quality assurance and customer service. Responsibilities: Understand and oversee the construction of landscape projects while interfacing with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal personnel Understand and manage various aspects of landscape, irrigation and site preparation Effectively operate equipment to enable the timely and efficient completion of projects Ensure your projects meet the quality, professionalism and reputation consistent with Intermountain Plantings Requirements: Two years of landscape experience in areas of landscape builds (architect plans, irrigation, site preparation, plant material, etc.) Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers Confident in the management of landscape construction.
