A+ Staffing provides top notch hospitality staff, including servers, bartenders, chef’s assistants and more for a diverse group of clients and events. We are currently seeking CATERING SERVERS for weddings on Saturday, May 15th in and around Austin, TX and the Texas Hill Country. Additional opportunities will be available throughout the season for the right fit. DATE/TIME: Saturday, May 15th - shifts vary, approximately 2:00pm-12:00am LOCATIONS: Lockhart, Dripping Springs, Spicewood and more (paid drive time) POSITION: Catering Server - duties include setting up event space, passing appetizers, carrying trays of food, keeping buffets and stations clean and presentable, busing, and post-event clean up and break down. REQUIREMENTS: Previous catering experience or other relevant experience is preferred. Must be available on Saturdays – while events take place throughout the week, Saturday is our busiest day. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to venues throughout the greater Austin area and the Hill Country. Some jobs pay drive time. Must participate in set up and tear down. Must work well with others and be respectful and courteous to co-workers, clients and guests at all times. Must be able to adapt to a wide variety of different event types and management styles. ATTIRE: Black pants, black long sleeved button down dress shirt, black tie and solid black nonslip shoes.
