We are a local Developer and we are seeking a Maintenance Person that will be responsible for all aspects of the multi-site maintenance. Most of the properties are less than 5 years old. We are willing to train someone who is willing to learn and is a hard worker. Minimum Qualifications: Willing to work inside and outside Basic handyman knowledge High level of organization and time management Valid Driver's License and insurance Ability to pass a background check Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and good hygiene High level of ethical behavior and integrity Must have reliable transportation! Must enjoy what you do!! We are willing to train.
