Full Time Maintenance Superintendent Position

We are seeking to fill a Full-Time Superintendent maintenance position for a premier High-Rise condominium located in Port Orange, FL. Hours: 7 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license. Position characteristics - Proven experience as or other similar position Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Experience using hand and electrical tools Very good communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and dexterity We are looking for someone to work 40 hours a week at $20.00/Hr that has the ability to multi-task. The position will require to be able to Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, Irrigation heads, filling gaps on walls, shutting off water as needed, Repairs to common areas, assistance with Contractors, etc. The position does require emergency on-call such as if there was a flood from a water tank, the individual would be called in for overtime to shut off the water to limit the amount of damage, etc.
