Coco Havana is a Southern California based Coconut Company, and we are looking for fun, young, and social beach servers to serve our delicious ice cold coconuts daytime on the weekends in Sunny California. If you’ve ever served at a restaurant, cocktail waitressed, bartended, or worked in catering, this job may be for you. This is an ideal opportunity for fun, social, energetic individuals between the ages of 22 and 35 that enjoy the California beach lifestyle, and interacting with people in a relaxed atmosphere. Knowledge of (and prior experience with) bartending, cocktail waitressing, or bar-backing, though not essential, is a plus. This is a by-the-gig based position, and work is available on a regular basis (exclusively on the weekends) from Mid May - October. You will be self-employed, and responsible for your own transportation to and from the beach site(s) where the work will be completed. Coco Havana provides an hourly rate, plus a commission per coconut sold, plus any tips you gain from customers. All compensation is paid out end of day in cash. This is a 5-6 hour shift. People who are not willing to work summer weekends outdoors need not apply.
