Looking for someone to work 6-8 hrs most days(some flexibility) to do all sorts of odd jobs from disassembling furniture, runs to the dump etc. There is a fair amount of physical labor, this is not appropriate for someone like me with chronic back pain :) This is NOT a "clean my house" job...that comes much later. This is primarily helping me get 40 years of junk out of the house via, giveaway or trashed etc.
The goal is a very rapid move to get my house listed for sale which means the time you have available for the next three weeks is veyr important. This is NOT a job you can start in a week or two! Respond w your availability, and what you would hope to make and a phone number so I can call you. Please note that I will not call anyone who has not indicated both their availability and the desired hourly rate. Obviously I am looking for the best combination of work done and cost...but that does NOT mean I am looking to hire the person who will work the cheapest....nor does it mean that I will only pay you what you ask for...it could be more, it could be less....
