Environment Control, Inc., is a national company locally owned for 20 years. Need PT Evening Manager for - St Augustine territory: Responsibilities. You will manage a team of cleaners for up to 15 client properties, part-time evenings. Mon-Fri w/some Sat and occasional Sunday (avg 20-25 hrs/wk). Managers begin their day about 5:30 pm and are usually done when all clients are cleaned (about 10:30-11 pm). You will ensure that your staff is trained in all aspects of commercial cleaning in their assigned accounts, will conduct quality inspections, provide feedback/retraining, resolve issues, deliver supplies to cleaners, clean accounts when needed, provide supervisory guidance and back up to other managers as needed. You will use Kronos timekeeping technology to track employee timekeeping, no shows, cleaning times, etc. We provide paid training, continued post-training support, a company cell phone, paid travel time, voluntary health benefits, paid vacation and holidays. Requirements: • Must have at least 2 years of janitorial supervisor and cleaning experience in multi-location commercial, hotel, or medical cleaning. • Must live within the Mandarin-St Augustine territory so you can respond within 5-10 minutes to urgent calls (lockouts, alarm responses, etc.) • Must be dependable, have valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation to arrive at each assigned location, be an effective leader with good work references and have a clean background. • Must possess basic phone/office technology skills and experience to operate Kronos timekeeping and other office systems; must be able to speak, write and understand English fluently. • Must be available to work nights including some weekends, able to stand for up to 3 hours at a time, and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands; walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. While performing this job, the employee will be in a variety of work environments in different locations and may be exposed to airborne particles, and will on occasion handle container(s) that hold concentrated cleaning chemicals.
