ABOUT US: We’re a real estate company that buys and sells off-market properties throughout New Jersey (Newark, Jersey City, East Orange, West Orange, Irvington, Elizabeth, Union City etc...). The properties that we buy usually belong to owners who live elsewhere and no longer have the financial means and/or the interest in being an owner/landlord. As a result, their properties suffer and begin to look distressed/abandoned. THE GIG/JOB: We’re looking for a few people on the ground who can help us to find some of these “ugly” properties to add to our inventory. This is the perfect side hustle if you already drive for Uber, Lyft or any other ride service company. As you drive through the area to deliver food, packages or people, you can keep an eye out for homes that are distressed, appear to be abandoned and simply don’t look well-maintained. While working your regular job, you can help us to find “ugly” homes and make extra $$ cash! JOB DETAILS/WHAT YOU'LL DO: Drive around New Jersey and keep an eye out for distressed properties. This includes homes with: Boarded up windows “Code Enforcement” signs on windows Unmowed lawns/tall grass Structures such as the roof falling apart Mailbox spilling over Fire Damage Appears to be vacant After you find a home that meets our criteria, you’ll take a photo (if possible), write down the exact address and send it to us with any important details about the home. COMPENSATION: This is a commission-based opportunity! You will receive a $500-$1,000 payout for any property you’ve referred that we get under contract and SOLD. There is absolutely NO CAP on your compensation. The more distressed homes you send us, the more opportunities we’ll have to SELL a home and pay you! PLEASE READ There is absolutely NO guarantee that we will close on a property you’ve referred to us. Even if a property appears to be severely distressed, there are a number of reasons why it might not be ideal. This side hustle is for people who understand that real-estate is a number’s game and not every property will sell!
