General Contractor Position SUMMARY: John C.R. Kelly Realty, Inc. is looking for experienced general contractors with immediate availability. Full time positions are available: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Requirements: ● Valid PA driver’s license ● Must comply with and pass a standard drug test ● Must have a vehicle large enough to carry tools / equipment / appliances etc. Must have general knowledge in the following fields: ● Plumbing ● Electric ● Carpentry ● Some HVAC Other Considerations and Requirements: ● Overall knowledge of apartment/housing repair ● Proficient at identifying and solving maintenance issues ● Available evenings/weekends for possible emergency calls ● Main areas of work include, but are not limited to: Pittsburgh / Oakland / East End.
