I'm looking to buy a property in Maywood it needs some repairs/updates. I need someone who knows about electrical, plumbing, drywall, siding, etc. to do a walkthrough with me and the real estate agent to provide me some estimates. Please list the best days/times to do a walkthrough. Prefer someone who is licensed/insured or has solid references.
