5-gallon fish tank with live plants and critters

Hi Everyone, Looking to rehome this 5-gallon tank. It currently has: - 2 minnows that are about three years old - 2 Nerite snails that are about a year old - a bunch of live plants that root in the soil + a moss ball - some pond snails - an air pump and sponge filter - light I've enjoyed this tank for the past few years, but am giving it up to prepare for a move. It's an old tank with some great plants and critters, so just a $15 rehoming fee. Only available for pickup in Rogers Park.
