I'm going to be gone for the summer but some of my family members will be staying here, but the house may need some light maintenance. I also have an Airbnb apartment that may need some light maintenance. I have fruit trees in the back yard that need to be checked about every 10 days to make sure the automatic watering is working. I high school student or college student in the neighborhood would work perfect. No criminal record, one person, someone trustworthy, that has a phone and can communicate when on the job.
