What we offer: - A rewarding job and the opportunity to move up within 6-12 months. - Paid training and certification, no experience necessary - To be part of a good team doing a good service Description - Capability and knowledge of adding/replacing duct work, duct sealing, insulation and minor repairs HVAC system installation preferred but not required - Must be willing to work in hot attics and small areas insulating duct work and air sealing. Expect some days of tight, dirty work. - Good work ethic: arriving on time, following instruction, maintaining clean work area - Reliable car (no bus) with AZ Driver's License - Attic and HVAC experience preferred - Roofing, framing, painting and insulation experience is also good Who this is not for - if you still party and can't save money - you can't wake up early in the morning and be on time - you ask for money advances - Must be able to pass a background check Reply with resume or work history to set up an interview
