help kittens

i need a rescue group for a mom cat (I recuedd and tried to find a home for had babies on 5/26)and her 3 kittens. i lost the 4th one. i had to have her stomached shaved a week ago because they couldnt feed. Now mom has stopped feeding them and is hiding since yesterday. im tring to bottle feed them but cant commit to it with my work. hoping for a rescue group to take them. i would hate take them to pound. help please
