What does the role entail? Walking Properties: Property manager will walk property to take 30- 50 pictures of the property. Pictures should include: Ceilings, bedrooms, baths, kitchens, basement, garages, roof, outdoor exteriors etc. 1 video requirement of the entire property will also be expected. Immediately after walk-thru, property manager will upload all picture/ video on DROP BOX Log-In will be provided upon hired. Walking Potential Buyers: Property manager will walk with buyers when viewings are scheduled. Delivering Contract: On certain occasions property manager will take the contract over to the sellers home and have them sign in person Other: Other task may include- Picking up keys Walking our own flips to ensure jobs are done Walking properies to ensure tenants moved out ECT.
