Monday thru Friday, 8-4. Work for a private residence in Haverford, PA performing landscaping and maintenance including blowing and hauling leaves, trimming, misc. yard work, planting, weeding, insect control, pool maintenance, power washing, cleaning, sanding and a lot of painting and prep. You must have a current and valid driver's license and your own insured vehicle. No smokers. Hours are somewhat flexible, but should be routine. Minimum of 32 hours per week is required. A complete and thorough background check will be completed. 1/2 hour paid lunch break daily. You must have experience in landscaping using trimmers, blowers and power equipment, have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and known by others for being self-managed. Painting and/or carpentry experience is a plus. Mature students and recent grads welcome. No smoking and must be dog friendly. Detailed background check is required.
