Mowing Crew Member - Andrew's Lawn and Landscaping (West Chester) Due to sustained growth, Andrew's Lawn and Landscaping is adding new Mowing Crew Member positions to its team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can provide service to our residential customers through maintaining landscape areas, including mowing, weeding, trimming, and blowing commercial areas. Responsibilities - Monitor lawn and landscape quality - Operate and maintain equipment - Perform mowing and landscaping services Qualifications - No experience necessary--We provide onsite training -Reliable transportation to get you to and from the shop -Able to report to shop at 6:30 am every day -Be able to work Saturday if your list isn't complete -Must have a strong work ethic -On time and dependable -Able to pass a drug test Compensation and Benefits - Competitive hourly wage $16-18/hour - Eligible to enroll in our health insurance plan on the first of the month following the 60 day waiting period - Eligible to enroll in our 401K plan after one year Job Type: Full-time
