POSITION: Facilities Associate
REPORTS TO: Facilities Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY: The Facilities Associate works as part of a team that is responsible for the oversight of 24 acres and 16 buildings in suburban Philadelphia. Specifically, the Facilities Associate performs hands-on work under direction, maintaining and improving buildings and equipment in the physical plant. The Facilities Associate works closely with the Grounds team to accomplish overlapping goals and assist in shared projects as directed. The Facilities Associate participates in the on-call emergency-phone responsibilities along with the rest of the team.
