Diversified Inc. is looking for part time and full time positions for apartment turnovers and make readies. Hours are during business hours and flexible based on your availability. Make ready responsibilities: - repair/replace cupboards, doors, shelves, etc. - general plumbing - basic electrical skills - heavy moving - other duties as assigned Paint responsibilities: - wall repair, fill nail holes and plaster - paint interior walls - match colors to previous paint color - other duties as assigned
