Looking for adventurous person or farm/lots of land

What I'm looking for: - Either a someone that's VERY adventurous during the day and going to take her with them OR - willing to let her run around their land/farm at night. Ideal situation is you've got other dogs (because she's a great first line of defense of notifying) as well or animals that could use protecting, but not the biggest biter unless she really has to. What wont work: Someone who like to just go on walks and is the standard amount of active and keeps her inside all day. She needs to spread out at some point in the day. About her: She's 2 German Shepard Mix Never needed a leash. Used to follow me from day 8 weeks Will stay close to the house naturally Very playful and gentle Grew up around cats and few chickens Intact currently Amazing motherly instincts Is used to adventures and rivers and nature walks If you're the right fit: Theres a VERY reasonable rehoming fee to ensure she wont be taken just because she free and you're got some skin in the game. but she'll come with lots of things. -Bowls - leashes - toys - shower stuff - first aid stuff - river life jacket ETC.
