I am looking for a skilled individual with a background in "hands on" property management or construction management that has the ability to do complete small projects including electrical work, painting, floor epoxy, masonry and other small projects as well as oversee and manage larger projects on a couple residential buildings and a commercial building in Chicago, the Northern Suburbs as well as the Lake Geneva area.
