Description

We currently have an opening for a caretaker at an apartment community that we manage in Brodhead, WI. Job duties include: showing units to prospective residents, general cleaning of common areas (hallways & laundry rooms), cleaning and painting vacant units and other light maintenance that you are able to perform. You will receive a regular monthly salary for the general cleaning and showing units. You will receive $15.00 per hour for cleaning vacant units and maintenance that you perform. You will also receive $275.00 for each 2 bedroom unit that you paint and $300.00 for each 3 bedroom unit that you paint. We are an equal opportunity employer.
