10 month old Rottweiler mix puppy

I have a 10 month old Rottweiler mix puppy that I am looking to rehome. His name is Appa. He weighs approximately 50 pounds. He is not neutered. He is very loving and energetic. He loves to go for walks and rides in the car. He does pull when you are walking him. He needs more training on a leash. He is good with children. I have a 3 year old and 6 year old and he likes to play with them. He is good with other dogs. I am not sure about cats because we don't have any. He would do best in a house with a fenced in yard and room to run. I need to rehome him because my landlord will not let me keep him. I am sad to see him go.
