Handyman/person performing essential repairs and miscellaneous task. Compensation is based on skill sets. Lunch will be available daily. Easy work environment, limited supervision. Pay is between $12 and $25 an hour depending on skill sets and what tools you have to work with.
Looking for people with carpentry, plumbing, electrical backgrounds, as well as painting, roofing and ceramic tile experience.
If you don’t have any particular skills or tools that’s ok. Some training is available. Trainee pay will be $10 an hour.
First FEW hours will be at $12 an hour in everyone’s case, probationally to evaluate candidates’ representations of their skill sets.
Hours will be between 9:30 to 4:30 Tuesday through Saturday, with an ½ hour lunch in between, hour if needed, and a 15 min break. Up to 30-hour weeks. Trainee hours may be up to 20 hours a week. I'm flexible with Saturdays. Duration is possibly for 2 months. Work is at two locations. Hours can be flexible!
Social distancing rules will be observed! Successful candidate will be engaged as an Independent Contractor and will be 1099’ and paid as such.
