All Pro Building Services is a Building Maintenance Company that was established in 2019 and making its footprint in the maintenance industry in Central Florida. We are rapidly growing and expanding our teams. We are looking for maintenance professionals to come grow with us and be part of something exceptional. We are looking for a reliable and professional Floating Professional Handyman who has excellent handyman skills to provide services and fulfill work orders for our clients. Must have own truck and tools will require traveling to client locations and following the CDC Guidelines for COVID-19. The Professional Handyman performs general maintenance and repairs to ensure single family homes, apartment homes and other property commercial facilities are in good working order. Responsibilities include preparing properties for move-in diagnosing, troubleshooting and conducting maintenance repairs as needed. We are looking for someone who has a broad technical knowledge of handyman and maintenance skills. Must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. This is a full time position with a min of 30 to 40 hours weekly. Must be able to work on weekends if needed. Responsibilities · Responsive to service calls · Wear uniform provided · Present a professional appearance and demeanor · Able to lift to 50 pounds · Communicate with customer about work completed · Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues appropriately · Safely use tools and equipment · Ability to determine when issues need to be escalated · Update drywall and paint as needed · Help with tile or flooring installation · Assist with trim carpentry or exterior siding · Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance · Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, installing doors, baseboards etc; · Experience painting and filling gaps or crevices (on walls, etc.) · Undertake light installation or carpentry (e.g. build cabinets) · Repair equipment or appliances · Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs · Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks · Knowledge in assembling furniture · Home Theater installation (TV mounting) · Identify and report the need for major repairs Qualifications · Possess & maintain a valid Drivers license · Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanical functions · Ability to pass a background check · Demonstrate excellent customer service skills · Must have own tools .
