Service Manager Managing service dept. staff including field techs, coordinator and warehouse manager Training all new hires and continued education for existing Scheduling and routing services on day to day basis Understanding how long a service takes to complete and the work that will go into it. Logistics for schedule the day to day routes Reviewing map and vehicle tracker for on the spot/drop what your doing items Offloading and reviewing product for accuracy and/or defects. Working hand in hand with Production Dept. on new services and completing installations Ordering & Confirming service parts through Fenevision Web Module Computer Skills Typing Above 35 WPM preferred. Navigating CRM web based systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs Excel Word One Note Phone skills and customer service. Communicating with Customers Communicating with Service Techs and Installers Experience Window & door installations/service. Customer service. Logistics and routing. Warehousing origination and staging.
