Responsibilities include but are not limited HVAC, plumbing, painting, molding, refrigeration, carpentry, electrical repairs, and must also possess excellent customer service skills, and be a team player. Technician is responsible for general as well as preventative maintenance repairs. Must be available to work rotating weekends as well as on call duties for emergency situations.
