MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: – will have several or all of the following • Framing, Finish Trim Work, Cabinet Installation, Drywall, Drywall Texture, Painting, Demo Work, Basic Plumbing, Basic Electric • Maintain daily contact with Project Manager • Work efficiently to meet job deadlines • Need to have basic hand & cordless tools – (we will provide most other tools) • Other duties as assigned Must have reliable transportation ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: – these duties are a plus • Organizational and multi-tasking skills • Initiative and decision-making skills • Team-player willing to wear various hats and learn new skills • Be self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently • Be able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality of service • Schedule: start at 8 am sharp! • Days: Monday-Friday and Weekends when needed • Pay: Competitive salary based on experience TO APPLY: Call office 813 291 6876
