David Swingle Lawn Care has been serving Pinellas, Pasco, & Parts of Hillsborough Counties for over 20 years. Not only do we have full tree service we also have several lawn maintenance teams and L & O fertilization/pest control crews. We are continually growing and looking for hard working employees to join our team Our ideal Candidate: Has at least one year of experience as a tree crew groundsman (preferred, but not required) Can work as a professional as well as be a team player. This fast pace job requires a person that has a positive attitude, is dependable, a team player whom is able to communicate with other team members, is not afraid to work and can follow directions all while safely working and using equipment. Can do all of the above while safely operating equipment. Duties as a groundsman include dragging brush, operating chipper, raking, blowing, safe operation of chainsaws/power pruner. Must be able to lift and haul at least 50lbs- several times through out the day and work outdoors In FL heat. Must have a valid Florida drivers license with the ability to drive a truck with a trailer (i.e. F550 with enclosed 25ft trailer) Work week is Monday-Friday, start time 7:30 a.m. at our yard. (Saturday hours are sometimes available but not required) Weekly pay is based on individuals experience and skill level.
