Semi tamed cockatiel. He was hand fed as a baby. We believe it is a boy. He loves to sing and makes different noises. We got him to be buddies with our other cockatiel but out other one is not a huge fan of him. Reason for reforming. He can be very scared with hands but once you are holding him it seems to be fine with it. Needs someone who is willing to take time with him. Comes with no cage. Asking 100.
