We are looking for a reliable, skilled Carpenter/Handy Person/Helper to perform essential upkeep tasks for our customers. The position requires skills in various areas including painting, carpentry and general handy person work. Being reliable and self-motivated with an eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have previous work experience and technical knowledge that is relevant to the industry. Ideal candidates should also have the manual dexterity and physical stamina for this type of work. If you are new to the industry and don't have the skills listed above we will train you and provide the knowledge to complete assigned jobs. Responsibilities Perform renovations and remodeling for customers looking to improve their space. Install appliances and fixtures as needed. Perform minor fixes to broken fixtures, sheetrock and trim. Perform regular household maintenance tasks. Communicate with co workers and homeowners to ensure job completion. Requirements Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must have own transportation. Experience working with tools including hand and electrical tools. Compensation We offer a Monday - Friday work environment with no weekends or holiday work. 8-5 workday. Retirement program. Paid vacation. Health Insurance compensation. Competitive pay.
