The Falls Village Flower Farm, located in Falls Village, CT, is looking for one more full-time crew member for its 2021 season and beyond. We are a busy perennial nursery that grows, propagates and cares for hundreds of varieties of perennials, and we have fun doing it! We also provide garden installation and maintenance through our expanding gardening service. Candidates for our team must have experience and a passion for working with plants, a valid driver’s license and full-time availability during the gardening season. Tasks include but are not limited to: Staffing the nursery and interfacing with visitors, attentive and friendly customer service and sales; nursery plant care including propagation, weeding pots and watering; garden installation and maintenance both on and and off site, including pruning, planting, watering, and heavy lifting. We are looking for: Efficiency, integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic are valued. Plant knowledge is a plus, but the right candidate with a desire to learn will be considered.
