We are looking for a general property maintenance technician to be responsible for taking care of buildings and the grounds in which the properties are located. These maintenance(porter) duties such as grounds keeping, painting, minor repairs, power washing, etc. is what we are expecting to be executed on a day to day basis to keep the properties we manage in good condition. The technician will need to know how things work and how to keep properties/grounds organized, clean, as well as how to tackle maintenance tasks in a fast and easy manner. A valid Drivers License is a must. We will provide a company vehicle.
