RESPONSIBILITIES Installation and service of solar (PV) equipment for residential and commercial customers Work with the warehouse team to pull materials for each installation job Prepare and clean-up job site Assist with the electrical wiring of all energy products Layout, assembly and installation of solar array and mounting hardware Provide a great customer experience Complete job-related paperwork and submit in an orderly timely manner to appropriate individual. Being able to effectively communicate and set expectations for the crew. Additional duties required as needed Being able to read blueprints Maintain a safe work environment by following codes, standards, and legal regulations. Ensure that job trailer, box, or toolboxes are kept in good order, properly stocked, and easily accessible. QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to lift 50lbs 1 year experience in roof work or general construction Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries, and other similar electrical equipment Ability to work in reasonable weather conditions Capable of working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs; and performing repetitive duties, including lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time Experience using basic hand and power tools Basic computer skills preferred Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment Must have reliable transportation Compensation and Benefits: Compensation based on experience Employee Health insurance - Employer contributes 75% Dental, Vision, 401K - Employer matches 2% 6 Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Days Company Vehicle and Gas Card
