Drummer and Bass wanted for Tool cover band

Singer and guitar player looking for interested drummer and bass player to form a Tool cover band with bar gigs being the ultimate goal. We both have equipment and are willing to travel but we do not have a jam space. We are both proficient in our respective instruments and would like to put something together fairly quickly, with the goal of playing out by the end of summer/early fall. No hard drugs or drama, we are both in our 30’s with full time jobs and family responsibilities.
