Aloha I am a seasoned professional of hospitality, cooking, customer service and management. I am seeking a unique position in either a private setting or a small, integral business; with or without a possible lodging situation and such. I strive for mindful activity with energetic, sound results; listening to the desires and needs of my guests, employer, associates, etc.; and aim to create a beneficial environment and livelihood for me and those around me; definitely into team building and/or working alone. I am originally a SoCal native. I have lived on Maui for 4 years and previously on Kauai for 6 months; and looking to return to Kauai for long term. It just keeps calling. I am 52 years of age; Very healthy, fit and active; and sober minded. Responsible, respectful, attentive, dependable, timely and organized. I have experience in classical cooking, fusing styles, as well as, vegan/vegetarian, keto and low carb; and very easy going about adjustments to the desires of those I am cooking for. I have served and tended bar, managed small bars; ran the floor of food service establishments and managed both food lines and front of the house teams. Other than these occupational attributes; my vocations are music, exercise, meditation, strolls and reading about history and art, amongst other things.
