Join us for an OPEN HOUSE to look inside the Wampum Underground Commerce Center, a truly unique industrial property north of Pittsburgh, PA. he Wampum Underground Commerce Center, located in Lawrence County, is a 2.5 million-square-foot former limestone mine now used for warehousing, third party logistics, and traditional real estate solutions. From a naturally static free environment, to space completely free from environmental factors, to climate controlled vehicle and product storage.... the possibilities for use are endless. Event Details: Upon arrival, you will you be given a golf cart and map with six check points clearly marked. As you navigate through the mine, you will learn about the history and current leasing opportunities while enjoying beer tasting experiences from Helltown Brewery at each stop.
