Description

May Evenings with the Merciful Jesus This month, we are pleased to welcome a limited number of young adults to the Shrine for the May Evening with the Merciful Jesus. Sr. Gaudia Skass, OLM will give a talk on loneliness and its many faces, names, and forms as well as the search for its meaning and the good that can come out of experiencing it. Praise and worship music will be led by Mike Tenney. After the talk and Adoration, we will celebrate Saint John Paul II's 101st birthday with delicious kremówki and a game outside (weather permitting). COVID-19 Restrictions Acknowledgement I and members of my group acknowledge that I/we am requesting to attend Mass at our own risk during this COVID pandemic. I/we also affirm that we will not visit the Shrine if we are sick, have a fever, or knowingly have the coronavirus. I/we also understand and agree that facial coverings or masks are required to enter the Saint John Paul II National Shrine and must be worn at all times during your visit. The Shrine will provide hand sanitizer during your visit and will both frequently disinfect all touch surfaces and bathrooms regularly throughout the day. Shrine staff will also sanitize the pews between Masses and sanitize confessional areas between penitents. Please follow the instructions of staff during your visit to further prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Thank you and we hope that you will enjoy your visit!
