Small property management company looking for a PART-TIME handyman who can work a few hours a week (more in the summer as apartment leases expire) and who can do the following: Caulking Plastering/drywall repair Painting Light plumbing - fixing leaky sinks, replacing sink faucets, unclogging toilets, fixing running toilets (flappers and chains) Light electric - installing new light fixtures Must have own car and tools - if you live near Crown Heights or Flatbush, even better! Please be reliable, on time, and able to work in tenants' apartments. Pay is $25/hour on the books. Please send resume and availability.
