looking for super/handyman 5 DAYS A WEEK MONDAY -FRIDAY 7:30 AM -4;30 PM
must open up in the morning and close up in afternoon
operate freight elevator when needed and basic super duty
must have basic handyman skills light plumbing some basic electric
no live in or apartment
