Experienced Commercial Painter(s) – 1099’s Quad Coatings and Interiors, an established contractor with a robust pipeline seeks experienced commercial painters for immediate openings. We have a steady stream of work that will keep a good painter in the hours through the entire year. Projects range from small room turns to large common areas and exteriors. Professional standards on every job. Clean whites and PPE. We work for some of the largest providers of senior care, multi – residential and education clients in Boston. Geography from Worcester EAST to Boston, North and South of Boston. This is a 1099 position meaning applicants must have their own liability and workman’s compensation insurance. Requirements: Complete understanding of start to finish process for interior and exterior paint. Own painters tools Ability to occasionally work nights and weekends Ability to patch sheetrock walls prior to painting Basic English skills – speaking and comprehending Valid, MA Driver’s License Reliable vehicle – No Car? Don’t apply. Carries own liability / workman’s compensation insurance (1099) Preferences/Pluses: Proficiency with airless spraying Bi-lingual – Spanish / English Sheet rock TAPING proficiency. Geography Eastern MA, Southern NH, RI Compensation Up to $25 per hour based on experience and skill.
