A growing Boston North Shore commercial cleaning company is seeking: Part-time Cleaning Supervisor 20 to 30 hours/week Staring at 4:30PM in Salem MA DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in janitorial services. • Recommends personnel actions, such as hires and discharges, to ensure proper staffing. • Trains workers in janitorial methods and procedures and proper operation of equipment. • Issues janitorial supplies and equipment to workers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services • Manage and oversee a team of cleaners at various onsite client locations • Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations • Ensure proper inventory of supplies and equipment • Participate in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees • Ensure efficiency of work team and make adjustments as necessary • Able to perform duties as cleaners until a trained replacement is hired • Assures all shifts are sufficiently covers to perform duties. Report to Operation Manager QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 1. Experience – Supervising, training new cleaners, Strip + wax, Carpet extract 2.
