Want to complete a 5k? Feeling like you want to run a half or full marathon? Or, just want to stretch your legs with some neighbors? Join our weekly Harbor Point Run/Walk group!
Format:
6:15 p.m. - Stretch6:30 p.m. - Takeoff Recovery Stretch After• With over 12 years of experience in the running world, Evan Bonenfant will guide new and seasoned runners through Harbor Point
• Evan will share training tools for better performance and will lead you pre- and post-run stretches, as he is the lead stretch practitioner with The Vital Stretch
• Class is complimentary, but we ask that each participant please RSVP through Eventbrite
• In the event of inclement weather, class will be canceled
• Inclement weather notifications will be sent to those who RSVP’d by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesdays
