Fit Mom
• Join experts from Chelsea Piers for a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for parents with kids in strollers
• Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio, and core restoration
• Meet up near the fountain in Commons Park, with little ones in strollers
• Class is complimentary, but we ask that each participant to please RSVP through Eventbrite by 5 p.m. the evening prior.
• In the event of inclement weather, class will be held at Chelsea Piers, 1 Blachley Road Chelsea, Stamford, CT 06902
• Inclement weather notifications will be sent to those who RSVP’d by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays
