Compensation: Base 20.00/h + $5.00/h with certain skills (i.e. 120 dollars min. for 6-hours worked per person) If you are coming from outside of Danville,VA; I shall pay 60-cent a mile for driving to/from site based on your current and unexpired drivers license address up to 50 miles each way. WashingtonEngineering looks to hire 2 to 3 individuals (min. 6 hours) to assist with the following tasks: 1) Moving furniture on main floor outside home; then after carpenter work is complete moving furniture back into home. 2) Moving out of home lower level cabinets, flooring, base-board molding taken apart by on-site carpenter personal. YOU ARE NOT PERFORMING ANY CARPENTRY WORK. 3) Smashing with 8bls or 10lbs sledge hammer lower level kitchen cabinets for trash on-site and placing in U-Haul trailer on-site. 4) Cleaning with provided cleaning agents, water, and brushes several furniture items brought outside. 5) Rolling up moving/repositioning and then rolling back out lawn tarp in various locations on front yard and side of house. 6) Conditioning hardwood lumber and plywood for future use. 7) Remove grass (i.e. SOD) from isolated sections of front yard with "King of Spades" and other tools which shall be on-site to perform such work. Work shall start Saturday 29 May 2021 at 10:00am and conclude no later than 5:00pm (EDT). Looking for individuals who can easily lift between 40lbs and 80lbs up/down hills and stairs. Individual must be a U.S. Citizen of at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license. DL checked prior to work. Payment shall be in cash once work is complete. Please contact Walter C. Extra $5.00/h pay for those individual(s) with recent direct experience with landscaping and strength for Sod removal. -- Since work is outside no mask requirement. If you wish to use inside restroom during work you must put on a mask (end of story).
