Leaving door tags if the customer is not home. In this position you will receive work orders for past due cable accounts and accounts with unreturned equipment, route your orders, call customers, visit customers and advise them of what needs to be done to restore their services, leave a door hanger, collect monies, recover equipment, communicate with company dispatch, prepare documentation and paperwork, return monies/ equipment/paperwork.
