Description
Compassionate workers needed to provide assistance in an adult group home working weekend shifts (Friday starting at 3:00pm, Saturday, Sunday). Days are negotiable.
A must for this position is Patience and Understanding and Absolutely no negativity. The applicant can have no substantiated findings in the areas of abuse or neglect on the North Carolina Health Care Personnel Registry. Be able to receive and respond appropriately to instructions from supervisor. Have good interpersonal skills, reliable transportation, and valid state driver’s license and current automobile insurance. Must obtain all necessary training's and qualification.
Will be responsible for assisting members in meeting their goals, and promoting personal growth and independence in accordance with state and program regulations. Taking them to and from their day program.
